West Sacramento - Port of Sacramento - The team raced three boats (Varsity, JV, Novice) in the open eight and finished in 4th, 7th, and 10th out of eleven. The varsity eight finished ahead of both Davis boats while the JV were only 21 behind the fastest two Davis eights.

Oct 11 - Kona, Hawaii - Adam Zastrow a four year rower and Sac State Alumni completed the 2008 Ironman Championships second in his age group and 69th overall with a total time of 9:16:45. He finished 129th overall last year and placed first in this year's Folsom International Triathlon.

Sac State Aquatic Center 1901 Hazel Ave. Rancho Cordova - First Day of Practice!
There will be a bus that will leave the main entrance of the dorms at 5:30am for those of you who are at the dorms or will need a ride to practice.
Practice will start at 6am. The Aquatic Center is about 20 minutes from campus, plan accordingly.
